Crunchy Mango Layers
Delicious and effortless treat in a matter of minutes!
Customise it to your taste by choosing any fresh, frozen or even tinned fruits!
- 1⁄2 mango (peeled and diced)
- 10 any Juvela Low Protein Cookies (chocolate chip, orange or cinnamon)
- 5 tbsp lemon/ mango sorbet/any flavour* (*refer to NSPKU dietary information for suitable brand)
1. Place the biscuits in a food processor and process into crumbs or put in a plastic bag and crush using a rolling pin.
2. Assemble the dessert in a tall glass, by spooning in 2 tablespoons of mango, followed by 2 tablespoons of biscuits crumbs, and continue until you finish with a layer of biscuit crumbs.
